I’m letting some creative tension build. I’ve got at least two desirable alternatives facing me and I’m waiting to see which wins. Stay in Shedville for the winter and build my Bathing Shed?

Or run off to Buenos Aires?
In order to do further work on the Bathing Shed I’ll have to buy more lumber. I’ve sketched in some basics here with the lumber on hand. I love post and beam construction because you can hang any design on the posts. In this case I’ve got 19 - 2′ x 5′ double pane windows I can frame in.
Buying the lumber would eliminate my piddling savings and the idea of traveling to BA soon. It makes much more sense to wait until April for a trip to BA. I have the idea of staying longer than 3 months next time and I don’t want to be there for the summer. I am not a heat and humidity type of guy. So April to November next year? The first Social Security check has appeared in my checking account so I can look forward to some income — also piddling — on a permanent basis.
Shedville has its attractions. The garden is resurgent under new management.

The only thing missing is a passionate Tango life.
“Ah, but a man’s reach should exceed his grasp, Or what’s a heaven for?
Robert Browning, (line 97 from Andrea del Sarto, 1855)
